This notice explains what Krisan Tennis collects when an adult, parent, or guardian requests a lesson, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information you choose to share
The lesson-request form asks for the requesting adult’s name and email address, with a phone number optional. It also asks whether the lesson is for the requester, their child, or another player; the player’s age range, tennis experience, preferred area, general availability and location details, and goals. A separate player name is optional.
How the information is used
Krisan Tennis uses the information to review the request, respond to the requesting adult, discuss lesson fit and availability, coordinate coaching, prevent spam or abuse, and maintain appropriate business records. The information is not sold or rented.
Where the information is processed
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, security verification, data storage, and email-delivery infrastructure. An authorized site administrator receives a private email notification when a lesson request is submitted. Cloudflare Turnstile also processes technical information needed to protect the form from automated abuse.
Website analytics
Krisan Tennis uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website. Google Analytics may collect technical and usage information such as device and browser type, general location derived from an IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions such as scrolling, outbound-link clicks, and completed lesson requests. Google Analytics may store identifiers in cookies or similar browser storage. Advertising personalization signals and Google signals are disabled in the website’s Analytics configuration.
Advertising measurement
Krisan Tennis uses the Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel to measure whether advertising leads to website visits and completed lesson requests. Meta and OpenAI may receive browser or device information, page activity, an IP address, advertising or cookie identifiers, and a one-way hashed version of the requesting adult’s email address and optional phone number. Player names, exact age ranges, experience, goals, availability, and location details are not intentionally sent to these advertising services. A broad adult-or-youth category may be sent to Meta for campaign measurement. This information is used for advertising measurement and campaign improvement.
Retention and security
Lesson-request information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, coordinate services, maintain appropriate records, and protect the website. Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children’s information
The form is intended to be completed by an adult requesting a lesson for themselves or by a parent or guardian requesting a lesson for a child. Children should not submit the form on their own. Krisan Tennis does not ask a child to provide a personal email address or phone number through the lesson-request form.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information connected with a lesson request by emailing [email protected]. Please include enough detail to identify the request without sending additional sensitive information. You can also limit analytics and advertising cookies through your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or manage advertising choices in Meta Ad Preferences.
